Admin Assistant

  • HR Department Support:
    • Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining HR calendars.
    • Organize employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
    • Coordinate employee orientations and assist with HR-related documentation.
  • Accounting & Finance Department Assistance:
    • Maintain financial records.
  • Director of Projects Support:
    • Manage the director’s calendar and schedule meetings.
    • Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes taking.
    • Prepare project-related documentation and reports.
    • Assist in organizing project materials and resources.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
