POOL OF REGISTRARS

• Accountabilities:

• Follow the micro plan to move from house-to-house.
• Complete vaccination sheets and MERA forms swiftly and clearly, maintaining patience and respect for the population.
• Document refusals with reasons provided.
• Perform finger marking for every vaccinated individual.
• Ensure you have a pen at the start of each day; inform the Team Leader if not available.
• Create a calm and reassuring atmosphere, addressing population queries as required.
• Assist team members during bottlenecks.
• Aid in setting up and preparing the vaccination site.
• Collaborate with the team leader in evaluating campaign progress, analyzing acceptance rates and reasons for refusals.
• Confirm tomorrow's work details with the team leader at the end of each day.
• Uphold MSF principles of independence, neutrality, and impartiality, ensuring fairness and rejecting biases based on religion, gender, age, ethnicity, or race. Refrain from accepting gifts or money for services provided.

• Requirements:

Education

• Essential: Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate of Secondary Education issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education (شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية للتعليم الثانوي صادرة من وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي اللبنانية)

Experience

• Desirable: Previous experience in data collection in the community.

Languages                            

• Essential: Full professional proficiency using the Arabic Language
• Desirable: Proficiency in English and French at any level.

Knowledge

• Essential: Basic knowledge of mathematics and proficiency with measuring equipment.
• Desirable: Previous experience in using MERA application.
