About Project
Building upon the success of its previous Community-Based Rehabilitation CBR projects, ADJI proposes a 12-month multi-sectoral intervention to address critical health, protection and shelter needs in North Lebanon (Tripoli and T5 ", Bakhaoun ,Bebnine ,Dedde ,El Minie ,Kousha ,Miryata ,Tell Hayat ,Wadi Khaled ,Zgharta). This project will prioritize assessing, addressing the differential needs and priorities of women with disabilities, elderly women, children with disabilities CwDs, and other vulnerable groups within the target population.
Expected Outcomes:
* Improved access to quality and comprehensive rehabilitation and specialized services for 1800 individuals in North Lebanon.
* Increased accessibility and safety of living environments for 50 PwDs through shelter adaptations.
* Enhanced protection and reduced vulnerability for 6,800 individuals through increased awareness, empowered local actors, and inclusive service practices.
Through the project, ADJI will address the diverse needs of vulnerable populations in North Lebanon, creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.
The PM assistant provides comprehensive support to the Project Coordinator, managing daily office tasks, and assisting with project implementation. Coordinates with beneficiaries, manages patient files, and follows up with caregivers.
Justification: Ensures smooth project operations and effective communication with beneficiaries and caregivers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist PM in planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities.
Ensure all project activities are aligned with the set objectives and timelines.
Coordinate with different departments and external partners to ensure smooth project operations.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and evaluations.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist in the preparation of project-related financial documents and budget tracking.
Facilitate effective communication between PM, team members & other stakeholders.
Assist in drafting and disseminating project communication materials, including social media, updates & reports.
Assist in monitoring project progress and evaluating outcomes against set indicators.
Collect and analyze data to support the project’s monitoring and evaluation processes.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to PM.
Assist in the training materials and resources for project staff and beneficiaries.
Assist in organizing community outreach activities to promote the project and its objectives.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase community participation and awareness.
Identify areas for improvement within the project and suggest solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project management and rehabilitation services.
Requirements & skills
Computer skills: Competent in using Microsoft Office and Internet. Additional digital skills are a plus.
