معرفة ممتازة بقواعد وأنظمة القيادة المحلية
معرفة الطرق والظروف المحلية
معرفة جيدة ببروتوكول السائق وآداب القيادة والتعامل مع الآخرين
معرفة جيدة بقضايا الأمن والسلامة
القدرة على التعامل بهدوء مع كافة الظروف
تقدير واحترام السرية والخصوصية
القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات وإظهار السلوك والمواقف المراعية للمساواة وعدم التمييز
