MEAL Engineer (Civil Engineer)

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a MEAL Engineer. The successful candidate will be part of our project that is based in TYRE and will play a key role in overseeing renovation projects of houses. This role requires site visits three days a week, direct interaction with contractors, close coordination with our team, and comprehensive reporting on all site activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, be able to clearly read and interpret the BOQ, and offer constructive suggestions.

Tasks:

Conduct site visits in Tyre three days a week to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Collaborate with the contractor to ensure smooth execution of renovation projects.

Coordinate with the project team to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Provide detailed and accurate reports on all site activities, including progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.

Review and interpret the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure all work is carried out according to plan.

Suggest improvements or modifications to the renovation plans as needed to enhance project outcomes.
