The dramatherapy sessions aim to create a safe space where the staff can express themselves and discuss the challenges they face during street rounds. These sessions will also help to manage their stress, support in problem and solving, and strengthen team cohesion. The trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting engaging and adapted sessions that meet the specific needs of the team.
