Psychosocial/Inclusion Worker

  • Program Development: Design and implement psychosocial support and inclusion programs specifically for women, addressing issues such as mental health, trauma, and social exclusion.
  • Counseling and Support Services: Provide individual and group counseling services to women, including those affected by violence, discrimination, or displacement. Offer referrals and follow-up care as needed.
  • Advocacy and Awareness: Advocate for the rights of women, particularly in the context of gender-based violence, mental health, and social inclusion. Raise awareness about the importance of psychosocial well-being in women’s empowerment.
  • Capacity Building: Train project staff, community leaders, and women’s groups on psychosocial support techniques, gender-sensitive practices, and strategies to foster social inclusion.
  • Community Engagement: Work directly with women in communities to identify their needs, promote inclusion, and ensure that they have access to psychosocial support and empowerment opportunities.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the impact of psychosocial and inclusion programs, using data to improve services and outcomes for women. Report on program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

 Collaboration: Partner with local NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen networks and resources for women’s psychosocial support and inclusion.

 

Prepare and conduct emergency response PSS (Psychosocial Support) sessions.
