Position Title:
Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Overview:

The Ministry of Public Health is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the ministry’s communication efforts by creating engaging visual content, including motion graphics for educational materials and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing and cohesive graphics for various digital and print materials.
• Design infographics, banners, posters, and other materials that align with the Ministry’s branding guidelines.
• Motion Graphic Design:
• Develop and create motion graphics for educational and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the communication officer to enhance video content with dynamic, animated visuals.

1. Content Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the communication officer to ensure designs meet content requirements and messaging.
   • Ensure consistency in all graphic elements across platforms and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Graphic Design or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphic design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent graphic design and video editing software.
• Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes at least one motion graphic design video.
