Call for Tenders - Pick Up Truck

Michel Daher Social Foundation (MDSF) invites tenders from qualified suppliers for the procurement of a pick-up truck. The vehicle will be used for the various MDSF operations, including transport and fieldwork. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) outlines the requirements and conditions for submitting a tender.

Required Documents

• Detailed specifications of the pick-up truck

Bidders are required to submit a complete proposal in accordance with the specifications outlined in this ITB. Proposals must include all required documents and information as specified in the “Tender Submission Requirements” section.

• Incomplete Bids

Proposals that are incomplete or do not include the required documentation may be deemed non-compliant and rejected.

Ensure that all required documents are included with your submission and that they are signed and stamped as applicable.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All offers should be submitted in US Dollars

• Payment

Payment will be made against a detailed invoice that includes the total cost and all applicable taxes. Payment will be processed via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) through any Bank Audi branch. Please ensure that the invoice includes the necessary banking details to process the TT.

3. Delivery terms

• Delivery Schedule

Please specify the delivery schedule and any associated costs in your proposal.

4. Warranty & Support

Provide details of the warranty period and coverage and outline the support services available, including post-delivery maintenance and repair services.
