- Review and Update TDHI Security Manual according to Lebanon context and mission
- Review and Update TDHI Risk Analysis according to Lebanon mission, programs and areas of implementation
- Review and Update TDHI Contingency Plan to be in line with the Security Manual and TDHI capacity. In addition, it will include drills for headcounts, office and centers evacuation, and anything related to the contingency plan
- Prepare and Submit TDHI request for the yearly permit of LAFI in coordination with TDHI internal parties involved. Set dates and follow up on the procedure with the external parties until the final signature is acquired.
- Write a policy on how it is done and how to renew it and when to keep as reference.
- Prepare and Submit TDHI request for the access permit in Central and West Bekaa in coordination with TDHI internal parties involved. Set dates and follow up on the procedure with the external parties until the final signature is acquired.

- To be TDHI Security and Safety FP in coordination with Country Delegate which will require to be responsible of tasks such sending notifications on the Security Group, liaise with internal and external parties for anything related to Security and Safety matters, give clearance and communicate restrictions to staff, do inductions for new recruits and visitors, and anything else related to the Security and Safety
- And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your manager.
