Tabitha is seeking to buy equipment and tools to provide support for multiple MSMEs in different sectors in Batroun.

Selection Criteria:

The award will be made to a responsible offeror whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets the eligibility requirements, and is determined via a trade-off analysis to be the best value based on application of the following criteria. The relative importance of each individual criterion in indicated by the number of points below:

  • Availability – 20%: The availability of the materials requested.
  • Delivery – 20%: the supplier confirms the ability to deliver the products by non-later than 25 October 2024
  • Price – 60%: The overall cost presented in the offer.
