Call for Volunteers! to support in Marketing, Social Media, on Field (daily allowance coverage)

Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Take photos and videos during events, on-site activities, and other relevant moments that showcase Nusaned's work.

Help grow our social media followers and increase engagement by implementing strategies to reach new audiences.

Monitor and respond to social media interactions, encouraging active community participation.

Perform on-site activities as scheduled by the field officer while assuring that all the required field equipment are ready and available at start of day.

Conduct an online training session on the digital application form before going on site.

Support and serve the affected and vulnerable community with a variety of needs in terms of assessing, distributing, and packing,sorting essential needs depending on the assigned project.

Answer beneficiaries’ questions, resolve beneficiaries’ problems, and complaints in a respectful and empathetic manner and report every detail to the field officer.

Adhere to abide by the “Nusaned volunteer guidelines”, “Code of Conduct”, “Volunteer DO’s and Don’ts” in every task and duty performed.

Guide the beneficiaries and explain to them the selection process depending on the project objective and timeframe.

Share any suggestions and ideas with the field officer whenever he/she finds an area for development.

Report daily to the field officer about progress, achievements, and challenges.

Perform any additional tasks, when requested by the field officer.

Knowledge and Experience:

High school diploma is a must. 

Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Previous voluntary experience in the humanitarian field is a plus

Strong work ethics, works with passion and compassion.

Emotionally intelligent, and able to manage and control his/her emotions, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict. 

Teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with a group from diverse backgrounds and age differences in order to achieve a goal for the community. 

Able to manage and respect time and deadlines. 

Willingness to help and works under pressure while always maintaining a positive attitude during shifts. 

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic skills in photography and videography; experience with editing tools is a plus.

Creativity and ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content.

Good communication skills and an ability to work independently.

Passionate about [cause aligned with NGO’s mission] and keen on making a positive impact.

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics) is a plus.

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms is a plus.

Demonstrate strong English and Arabic oral and written communication skills

Excellent command of Arabic and English language (writing, reading, and speaking fluently).

Track social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Assist in creating visual and written content that aligns with our brand and mission.

Support in designing promotional materials for events and campaigns.
