Mural Artist

Peace of Art is seeking a skilled and experienced mural artist to design and execute a mural covering a 50 square meter wall with a width of 30 meters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and complete a mural that meets the specified dimensions and aligns with the organization’s artistic vision.
• Ensure the mural is durable and resistant to environmental factors such as weather, sunlight, and aging, maintaining its quality for 10+ years.
• Select, mix, and apply appropriate paints and materials suited for long-lasting outdoor work.
• Provide a detailed quotation for all required materials, including paints, colors, and any other relevant supplies.
• Work with precision and great attention to detail, ensuring the mural is completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mural artist, with a portfolio showcasing large-scale mural projects.
• Expertise in painting materials, including selection, mixing, and application.
• Strong knowledge of commercial or construction painting techniques.
• Proficiency in using painting tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in mural or large-scale outdoor painting.
• Required to for provide a detailed quotation for all necessary the design, the materials and supplies, and the design costs.
• Responsible for sourcing and obtaining the materials.
