ERD Enumerator x3 - Beirut

Scope of work

Under the supervision of the ERD Officer, the enumerator will complete field visits, surveys and Cash feasibility studies related to IRC’s economic recovery and development Cash assistance project in Lebanon under emergency response.

The enumerator will be responsible of his transportation, IRC will provide the enumerator with a training on specific assessments to be filled, guidance and recharge cards

In the period of 20 working days, it is expected that the enumerator completes all the surveys and visits needed.

Deliverables:

  • Actively attend a training session with the ERD team to better understand the tools and trackers used for data collection.
  • Complete data collection.
  • Ensure high quality data collection and that assessments are conducted in a manner that respects all respondents.
  • Handle and fill questionnaires through digital device.
  • Discuss with the ERD team challenges faced during data collection.
  • Keep a record for surveys conducted on a tracker
  • Submit completed tasks on time and discuss with the ERD team highlights, notes and cases daily.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with the clients.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to gather information in an objective, appropriate and sensitive way.
  • Ability to act with appropriate respect to the beneficiaries’ cultures and traditions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology such as tablets.
  • Expertise to enter, transcribe, record, maintain data/information in written or electronic forms.
