Through our programming, emergency responses and advocacy, we put the most vulnerable children first, tackling the barriers to survival, learning and protection.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The scope of the role will include the following tasks:

•           Assist with staff personnel files, including new joiners’ documents, filing and archiving.

•           Assist in preparing and organizing insurance claims on weekly basis.

•           Assist in contacting candidates and booking interviews and written tests.

•           Support in preparing agreements as needed.

•           Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

•           Any other task as deemed necessary within the service norms.
