Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract management, and purchase orders, ensuring transparency and compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
• Manage project budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis to ensure proper financial control.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to secure goods and services in a timely manner while adhering to procurement policies.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in line with financial and accounting procedures.
• Monitor expenditures and prepare monthly financial reports for project management and donors.
• Collaborate with the project team to provide financial insight for operational decisions.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure full compliance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local procurement regulations and financial legislation.
Requirements:
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with donor-funded projects (EU, UN, USAID, etc.) and a solid understanding of donor compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
