The job holder will have some decision-making authority within the scope of his/her job description; however, he/she needs to discuss decisions with the MMU Officer
The job holder needs to have a high level of communication skills and teamwork capacity
The job holder needs to have an excellent attention to detail and work organization
Health Facilities Supervision
Represent RI at the supported facilities (MMUs) and ensure efficient communication with RI’s health team and supported PHCCs under different projects.
The job holder should demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness and objectivity when dealing with the beneficiaries under all circumstances.
Ensures the MMU staff are abiding by MOPH guidelines and protocols.
Ensure the MMUs have the sufficient supplies when on the field, are properly following patient safety measures and handling stock management procedures accurately.
Collect means of verification and essential paperwork from the facilities and ensure transparent and accurate billing of patients and RI.
Provide the needed support and assistance together with the MMU Officer for the health staff located at RI’s supported facilities in order to deliver quality health services, in alignment with the programmatic plans and deliverables.
Coordination and Reporting
Follow up on the daily implementation of the project activities and report any challenges to the MMU Officer.
Coordinate internally with Supply Chain and Operation, Finance, Award and Partnership, MEAL and Safeguarding and accountability departments.
Perform any other task related to the UNICEF project when requested by the MMU Officer.
The Job holder should ensure that any gaps, delays and concerns regarding implementation are directly reported to the MMU Officer to identify corrective actions accordingly.
