Kindly note:
This RFQ attached should be properly filled, signed and stamped, otherwise will be directly disqualified.
The ID of the representative, and Registration Certificate must be attached to this RFQ, otherwise will be directly disqualified (Mandatory).
Ministry of Health certification for the water must be attached to this RFQ, Otherwise will be directly disqualified (Mandatory)
The time for delivery must be mentioned in this RFQ.
Note: Offers exceeding 12 calendar days for delivery will be directly disqualified
If any of the above mandatory documents are missing, the CA reserves the right to request the documents from the selected bidder
