Call for Trainer: Crisis Management Training for Youth 

Rural Entrepreneurs is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver a Crisis Management Training for 15 youth participants in Semkanieh, Shouf, at the GIL Lab. This initiative aims to empower youth with the skills and knowledge to develop effective responses and create a supportive initiative for people displaced during the ongoing crisis and IDPs. 

Training Details: 

• Location: GIL Lab, Rural Entrepreneurs, Semkanieh, Shouf 
• Duration: 8 hours total, divided over two days (4 hours each day, plus up to 1-hour break per session) 
• Budget: $50 per hour 
• Refreshments: Provided 

Trainer Requirements: 

• Deliver a 8-hour training that covers essential crisis management topics and includes hands-on activities. 
• Provide a preliminary agenda and a list of topics, including examples of interactive exercises and real-world scenarios. 
• Guide participants in designing a follow-up initiative to support displaced individuals and the needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs). 

Preferred Topics and Activities May Include: 

• Crisis Assessment and Response Planning: Techniques to assess needs and respond effectively in crisis situations. 
• Community Engagement and Mobilization: Strategies to involve community members and volunteers in crisis support efforts. 
• Resource Coordination: Guidance on organizing resources and collaborating with local organizations.
