Facilitator For Sports for Development - Chekka

Scope of Work:  

 

The chosen facilitator is in charge of the following duties 

 

Holding Sports for Development (S4D) session for young people.

Creating lesson plans and resources to guarantee that S4D themes are delivered effectively.  

Using a range of instructional strategies to engage and inspire young students.  

Leading talks and activities around S4D and how it affects personal growth.  

Incorporating Life Skills into the S4D courses to support holistic youth development. 

Mentoring and advising young people in areas like communication and leadership abilities.  

Tracking and assessing the development and involvement of young people during the sessions. 

Working together with the project team to make sure all goals and objectives are in line with the project. 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

At least three years' worth of experience working in domains related to sports, ideally with an emphasis on youth development. 

Expertise in leadership abilities, including the capacity to uplift and encourage young people.  

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to interact and establish connections with a range of young people.  

A thorough awareness of life skills and how to incorporate them into sports programs. 

Excellent planning and time-management abilities to efficiently organize and conduct the courses.  

Ideal experience in tracking and assessing how sports programs affect young people's development.
