- Be with them during the meals and help them acquire table manners.
- Be present with them during the completion of the tasks.
- Ensure that their rooms and closets are in properly arranged.
- Take care of arranging their external appearance and personal hygiene.
- Manage the task of washing juvenile clothes according to a specific program appointed by the program officer.
- Record the needs of the juveniles and the center on a weekly basis and give them to the Correctional Center Project Coordinator.
- Deal with minors in a diplomatic manner, far from violent behavior
- Integrate new juveniles and inspect their personal belongings.
- Cooperate with the Correctional Center Project Coordinator and inform them directly of any emergency or strange events.
- Send daily and detailed report .
- Accompany juveniles outside the center and to specialists when needed.
- Build a calm and loving spirit between all minors.
- Act with justice and balance between all minors, without discrimination.
- Support management in intervening when needed in cases of emergency.
