Livelihood Coordinator

  • Designing work plans.
  • Ensuring that all targets are met according to the work plan deadline and is resourced effectively.
  • Strategy development and positioning for the livelihoods sector.
  • Always suggest and propose innovative approaches that will benefit the livelihood sector in accomplishing work faster with better quality.
  • Coordinating with local partners and communities.
  • Reviewing existing programs and make recommendations on areas of expansion.
  • Main contact person for beneficiaries and local authorities.
  • Regular field visits to monitor the qualitative and quantitative implementation to assess the project’s implementation.
  • Responsible for field level documentation (minutes of meetings, attendance sheets, and feedbacks).
  • Participating in networking activities to extend the network.
  • Actively participating in team meetings.
  • Ensure close collaboration and coordination with the Executive Director.
  • Ensure procurement requests are presented on a timely basis to facilitate timely implementation of field activities, ensuring cost efficiency and donor regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure quality reports are submitted to donors/beneficiaries.
