Social Worker

1-The Social Worker will be responsible for providing essential support and services to individuals and families facing social, emotional, and economic challenges. The role involves conducting assessments, providing counseling, advocating for humans' rights, and connecting them with community resources. 
2-Conduct regular field visits to assess the needs of individuals and families in their home or community settings. Observe living conditions, gather relevant information, and provide direct support as needed. This may include home visits to families in need, conducting assessments, or providing counseling in the community.

3-Monitor and follow up on cases, ensuring that beneficiaries are receiving the necessary support and resources. This includes tracking progress, updating records, and making referrals to other services as needed.
4-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiaries assessments and progress.

5-Prepare reports as required by the organization or funders.

6-Conducting Interviews with beneficiaries assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems to determine what services are required to meet their needs.
