Digital Marketing Coordinator

Michel Daher Social Foundation is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bekaa, Ferzol.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in crafting and executing communication strategies in close collaboration with all teams, ensuring alignment with advocacy priorities. This position involves planning, coordinating, and producing high-quality content tailored for traditional media, social media, and program communications. The coordinator will deliver impactful messaging in both English and Arabic, adapting to the needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Communication & PR Manager to develop comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Manage MDSF social media platforms. Ensure messaging is consistent with the organization's brand and values.
• Monitor, edit, and support communication colleagues in writing, editing, and proofreading a variety of content including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and presentations. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with the organization's tone and style.
• Collaborate with the Communication and PR Manager to develop and implement a communication plan.
• Monitor and analyze communication efforts using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and media coverage. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Undertake regular travel to program locations to support the communication team in gathering content related to the MDSF programs.
• Work closely with communications colleagues to develop, coordinate, and publish communications materials.
• Support the communication team in creating concepts and designing all awareness campaigns and materials.
• Collaborate with the communication team to upload quality photos, videos, and social media content.
• Support the communication team in preparing the newsletter.
• Come up with creative ideas and keep on searching for new trends 
• Prepare an annual report detailing all MDSF activities and programs
