- University degree in Economics and Finance.
- 3 years of experience working in the field of financing small projects.
- Preparing a feasibility study for the submitted projects.
- Ability to develop comprehensive work plans and realistic timelines to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Knowledge and ability to analyze labor market needs.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills for continuous monitoring and evaluation of implemented projects.
