School Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of the school project component of the project: 

Providing direction and support to the facilitators’ team, and maintaining constructive communication among them.

Leading on the preparation of the training material with the facilitators’ team.

Coordinating between the facilitators. 

Reporting on the implementation of the program/ workshops. 

Leading on the curation and development of the exhibition. 

Monitor the project’s progress, ensuring all activities are carried out according to the project plan.

Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with key project stakeholders (teachers, students, administrators) to track progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Ensure the availability and proper use of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. 

Regularly track and assess the progress of the project’s activities and provide timely reports to the project manager. 

Provide support and guidance to teachers and facilitators involved in the workshops.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with teachers and facilitators involved, ensuring they are informed about project activities, expectations, and updates.

Identify any challenges faced during the project and work collaboratively with relevant parties to resolve them.

3. Key Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: 

A bachelor’s degree in education, project management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 

Experience: 

Proven experience in coordination, training development, and delivery, particularly in educational settings.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in curriculum design or training content creation.

Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Knowledge:

Understanding of teaching methodologies and educational best practices.

Familiarity with educational technology (if applicable).

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools.
