HR and Finance Assistant (Upon Fund Approval)

HR and Finance Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for project staff and volunteers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, timesheets, and attendance.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payments for project staff.
  • Track project expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and HR policies, including donor guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting financial documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or finance roles, preferably in humanitarian settings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and financial regulations.
