Senior Sports Trainer

Coordinate with the management and thirty-parties (NGOs, Local communities, municipalities, etc.) on a weekly basis to attract outreach/targets in the area of project implementation.

Abide by project management manual.

Ensure that the venue is prepared and ready to host the attendees as per the set plan.

Ensure that the equipments and the food and beverage are delivered on time and before the sessions starts.

Coordinate with Human Resources Officer for the proper implementation of time sheets.

Ensure that the bus safety standards are applied and the agreed upon capacity per bus  is respected and applied by the bus driver.

Conducts Monitoring and Evaluation throughout multiple forms in coordination with the Project Coordinator on a weekly basis.

Report to management on a weekly basis.
