The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to recruit a “Administrative Assistant” for MAKANI Programme in the North.
Note:
Recruitment for this position is contingent upon agreement’s signature; nevertheless, interviews will be conducted in advance as part of the selection and recruitment process.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Center Manager and other staff as needed;
- Manage the schedule of MAKANI Center;
- Maintain records and reports;
- Update data on CLM+;
- Perform any duties assigned by the Center Manager;
- Work in office and on the field upon requirement;
- Timely identify, inform, and discuss any issues with the Center Manager; and
- Adhere to and act in accordance with RMF Policies and Procedures.
Professional Standards:
All RMF staff are required to adhere to the RMF policies and practices with respect to child protection minimum standards, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in psychology, social work, education, social sciences and/or other relevant degrees.
- Experience in working with children in emergency context, preferably with an NGO.
- At least one-year experience in similar jobs
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, flexibility, ability to improvise, team player.
- Ability to productively work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humor;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
