Education Officer - Bekaa Area (Ghazze)

Be the lead focal point of the Education program and provide technical support as needed to other Teams.

Finalize operational work plans, set clear targets and activity plans per class and awareness sessions. These targets and activity plans should be communicated clearly to the Education Team as well as to the teachers and parents.

Liaise on a daily basis with communities, teachers, education technical officer, Nabad program manager to guarantee the smooth operation of the program.

Conduct awareness sessions with families and other stakeholders of the project location he or she is allocated to. Ensure regular monitoring, data collection and reporting of activities is done.

Lead on outreach activities, and assist in the implementation and facilitation of trainings and workshops.

Lead and report on monitoring and evaluating project activities for the program classes.

Produce timely reports for internal use on the ongoing activities.

Ensure that data is collected on a weekly and monthly basis.

Ensure a strict adherence to the principles of Child Protection at all times, including respect for confidentiality ,child centered approach, and the best interests of the child.
