Sports for Development Facilitator - Bekaa Area (Barelias-Tal Sarhoun)

Implement S4D classes in 3 to 5 Makani centers.

Create lesson plans and ensure all themes are covered

Use different techniques and strategies to effectively engage youth.

Promote and ensure youth participation in all activities.

Lead talks and activities using sports tools around S4D and how it affects personal growth.  

Incorporate Life Skills into the S4D courses to support holistic youth development. 

Ensure that all activities are done in an appropriate location in line with minimum standards.

Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring reports to the technical officer.

Ensure that all youth are aware of any Feedback and complaint mechanisms.

Identify and Refer cases of youth when needed.

Ensure any specific organization assessment tools are implemented where applicable.

Ensure that youth are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activity and that they feel safe and respected.

Positively interact with youth and encourage them to express their needs and ensure their safety.

Ensure participation of youth in the program in a non-discriminatory as well as age and gender-sensitive and appropriate approach.

Respect and Abide by the organization's internal code of conduct and child protection/safeguarding policy.
