Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support for office operations.
- Assist with onboarding, payroll processing, and personnel matters.
- Manage logistics, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare financial documents and support external audit compliance.
- Contribute to event planning, fundraising, and donor management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an NGO.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
