  1. Main Tasks & responsibilities

Service guests

    • Welcome, greet and explain Tawlet / Beit concept to guests; ensure that they are well seated
    • Serve food [breakfast, lunch or dinners], and drinks
    • Ensure proper table clearance
    • Adhere to serving standards (food and beverage portioning and levels)
    • Prepare beverages and desserts as per daily needs
    • Follow company’s standards regarding food handling, cleanliness and hygiene and respect FIFO method.
    • Make sure to keep excellent personal appearance at all times during service
    • Handle payments from customers: use POS system for accurate order taking and billing

 

Organize work stations (bar, dessert, buffet, dekenet space)

    • Prepare work stations
    • Refill Dekenet shelves as needed
    • Monitor bar, dessert and consumables and inform directo supervisor in case of any shortage
    • Perform any other task or duty assigned to him/her (such as: flower arrangement, plants, deco follow-up….)

 

Maintain a clean and safe work environment (no food on floor, no water leakage, clean premises, tidy & clean garden, etc.)

    • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, Dekenet shelves, bar, dessert & cashier areas
    • Polish glasses, cutleries and plates on daily basis
    • Cross-selling / Upselling / Add on selling: beverages, dekenet items
