- Main Tasks & responsibilities
Service guests
- Welcome, greet and explain Tawlet / Beit concept to guests; ensure that they are well seated
- Serve food [breakfast, lunch or dinners], and drinks
- Ensure proper table clearance
- Adhere to serving standards (food and beverage portioning and levels)
- Prepare beverages and desserts as per daily needs
- Follow company’s standards regarding food handling, cleanliness and hygiene and respect FIFO method.
- Make sure to keep excellent personal appearance at all times during service
- Handle payments from customers: use POS system for accurate order taking and billing
Organize work stations (bar, dessert, buffet, dekenet space)
- Prepare work stations
- Refill Dekenet shelves as needed
- Monitor bar, dessert and consumables and inform directo supervisor in case of any shortage
- Perform any other task or duty assigned to him/her (such as: flower arrangement, plants, deco follow-up….)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment (no food on floor, no water leakage, clean premises, tidy & clean garden, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, Dekenet shelves, bar, dessert & cashier areas
- Polish glasses, cutleries and plates on daily basis
- Cross-selling / Upselling / Add on selling: beverages, dekenet items
