Terre des Hommes (Tdh) has been active in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region since 1973. Its three core programs—health, migration, and access to justice—work in an integrated manner with transversal sectors like child protection, adapted to both development and humanitarian contexts through a nexus approach. Tdh focuses on system-strengthening strategies for sustainability and promoting social cohesion, facilitating peaceful coexistence between host communities and displaced populations in protracted crises.
Tdh has been present in Lebanon since 1977 and is a leading organization in child-focused interventions. It provides protection and specialized response services to vulnerable children and youth, including Syrian and Palestinian refugees as well as host communities. Through strong relationships with local partners, authorities, and communities, Tdh also raises awareness of children’s rights and engages communities to address child protection issues. The organization moreover focuses on migration and access to justice, supporting children affected by migration and promoting child-friendly justice systems, while advocating for restorative justice, alternatives to detention, and providing services for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV).
- Scope of the request
TDH Lausanne is seeking to contract with a registered supplier in Lebanon with an experience working with INGOs, to provide a list of furniture for a center in Hay Lija – Beirut.

-Requested Documnets
- Supplier registration documents
- ID of owner / manager
- Supplier VAT registration
- Good experience reference from at least 2 INGOs
- The Attached request for quotation filled and stamped.
- Make sure to reflect unit price excluding VAT
- Fill in the Vat cell (if applicable)
- Note that if a supplier is not registered, they will be subject to non-residential tax deduction.
- Mention preferred payment terms.
- Supplier bank account details (bank document)
- Delivery date after approval / if selected.
- Delivery charges (if any)
Possibility of holding some kits at the supplier kits and for how long is it possible
- Process
Only applicants / suppliers who pass the first screening will be reached out by TDHL teams to conduct a visit to the center and the suppliers warehouse / showroom.
