- Supervise and guide the Outreach Worker in conducting field activities, including beneficiary identification, assessments, and distributions.
- Provide training and support to the Outreach Worker to ensure adherence to program guidelines and standards.
- Monitor the performance of the Outreach Worker and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the identification and verification of eligible households (IDPs and returnees) in need of assistance.
- Collaborate with the MEAL team to conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure accurate targeting of beneficiaries.
- Ensure that the Outreach Worker maintains accurate records of beneficiary data and upholds confidentiality.
- Work closely with CARE International, NABAD, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
- Participate in planning meetings and provide updates on field activities.
- Liaise with community leaders and local authorities to ensure community acceptance and support
- Oversee the distribution of food parcels to households over three months.
- Ensure that the Outreach Worker and distribution teams follow transparent and efficient processes in line with organizational and donor guidelines.
- Monitor the distribution process and address any issues or complaints from beneficiaries.
- Regularly monitor field activities and provide progress reports to the Program Manager.
- Document challenges, lessons learned, and success stories from the field.
- Ensure that all activities are in line with CARE and donor requirements.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of food parcels to the warehouse and distribution points
- Conduct community sensitization sessions to explain the program objectives and selection criteria.
- Address beneficiary concerns and provide feedback to the program team.
- Support the Outreach Worker in engaging with communities and resolving issues at the field level.
