CDC Supervisor-Bekaa Area

  • Oversee the implementation of all CDC activities.
  • Ensure that all activities are implemented in accordance with NABAD’s guidelines, protection standards, and donor requirements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to plan activities, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided at the CDC and ensure adherence to case management and MHPSS best practices.
  • Oversee case management activities, ensuring timely identification, referral, and follow-up of protection cases.
  • Ensure proper documentation of case management files, including action plans, referrals, and follow-up reports.
  • Maintain and update referral pathways in coordination with the Protection Officer and other service providers.
  • Monitor the implementation of individual action plans and ensure beneficiaries receive holistic support.
  • Plan and oversee community outreach activities, including awareness sessions on protection, gender-based violence (GBV), and child protection.
  • Ensure outreach activities are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and participatory manner.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, including municipalities and community leaders, to facilitate outreach and awareness efforts.
  • Monitor the impact of outreach activities and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all CDC activities, including attendance sheets, consent forms, and case management records.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) to the Protection Officer.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive data, including case management files and MHPSS records.
  • Document challenges, lessons learned, and best practices to improve program quality.
  • Coordinate closely with the Protection Officer to ensure alignment of CDC activities with NABAD’s protection strategy.
  • Represent NABAD in local protection working group meetings and share updates with the Protection Officer.
  • Collaborate with other sectors (e.g., food security, livelihoods) to provide integrated services to beneficiaries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including municipalities, MOSA, and other humanitarian actors.
