Outreach volunteer

Outreach Volunteers are responsible for assisting the organization in expanding its outreach efforts, promoting its mission, and engaging with the community in a meaningful way.
 

Bus Escort Responsibilities:

• Ensure student safety: Accompany students during their journey to and from the school premises.
• Arrival and departure coordination: Assist in organizing students, ensuring they board the correct buses and alight at the designated stops
• Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with students, bus drivers, and school staff.
• . Report incidents: Inform the designated school staff about any incidents, accidents, or disruptions that occur during transportation.
• Be punctual: Arrive at the designated meeting point before the scheduled departure time.

General Guidelines:

• Adhere to the code of conduct and policies outlined by the educational institution.
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with relevant staff members regarding any concerns or issues that arise during volunteering.
• Attend any training sessions or meetings required by the institution.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency protocols and procedures.
