Graphic Designer

Main Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead and contribute to the full design cycle, from research and ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with the NO2TA team to develop and deliver high-quality designs across various projects.
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts under management guidance.
• Design engaging content for NO2TA’s social media platforms.
• Produce overviews, artworks, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Assist in surface graphic and textural design ideation.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing.
• Strong interest or experience in video marketing and branding concepts.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team daily in an online environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for design consistency.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and focus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
