Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and file management.
• Manage daily office operations and assist in coordinating meetings and events.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content to promote our organization’s initiatives.
• Maintain and update digital records and communication channels.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in office software and social media management tools.
• Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.
• Residency in North Bekaa, specifically in Fakiha, Ain, Labwe, or Ras Baalbeck.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
