Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects and campaigns.
• Create and design materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, social media content, and website elements.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enhance the organization's visual identity and branding guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all materials.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and project management, to understand design needs and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback and ideas from team members into design concepts.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within project scopes.
• Keep organized records of design assets and project files.

Innovation:

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative design solutions.
• Experiment with new design techniques and approaches.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all design materials meet high-quality standards and are error-free.
• Review proofs and final products for accuracy and visual appeal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional or organizational setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
