SOS Children's Villages International is a non-governmental NGO that provides long-term care and support to vulnerable children in 139 countries, focusing on preventing child abandonment, offering alternative care, and supporting family strengthening. Established in 1964, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon is a non-profit organization that advocates for the rights of socially vulnerable children and their families. Their mission is to create loving family environments for children and help them shape their futures.
In response to the current conflict, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon has launched an Emergency Response project to safeguard the well-being of children, families, and communities affected by the crisis. As part of this initiative, SOS Lebanon invites suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of a 14-seat van to support transportation needs during the emergency.
Qualifications and Requirements
We need a van that meets the following specifications:
- Seating capacity: 14 passengers
- Engine type: Diesel or gasoline
- Safety features: Airbags, ABS, and seatbelts for all passengers
- Air conditioning
- Warranty of at least 3 years or 100,000 km
- Expected delivery date: within 10 days of contract signing
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:
- Compliance with technical specifications.
- Delivery timeline.
- Price competitiveness and overall value for money.
- Vendor's past experience.
