Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning Support

• Deliver individualized and group-based learning support to students.
• Implement accelerated learning strategies to help children catch up on missed education.
• Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to enhance student participation.
• Support students with learning difficulties and special needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Classroom & Community Engagement

• Conduct assessments to track students’ progress and learning gaps.
• Engage parents and caregivers to support children’s education at home.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes child well-being.
• Coordinate with schools, NGOs, and local education authorities to ensure effective learning pathways.

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching, learning support, or working with vulnerable children.
• Strong classroom management and child-centered teaching approaches.
• Familiarity with accelerated learning programs and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
