Peace of Art is seeking proposals from qualified venues in Chtaura or Zahle to host an event for 100 invitees, with a budget of 2,000 USD. The venue should be fully equipped and provide catering services, including Iftar options, with the following requirements:

Venue Requirements:

• Capacity to accommodate 100 attendees comfortably.
• Indoor space with proper ventilation and climate control (heating system).
• Chairs and tables for all attendees.
• Sound system (Including microphones and speakers) for presentations and discussions.
• Projector and large screen for visual presentations.
• Stable electricity supply with a backup generator to ensure continuous power.
• Strong internet connection to support live streaming or virtual participation if needed.
• Accessible restrooms and adequate facilities for participants.
• On-site parking or nearby parking options.

Catering Requirements:

• Full Iftar meal options, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages.
• Flexible menu options to accommodate dietary needs.
• Professional catering service, including setup and serving.
• Tea, coffee, and light refreshments throughout the event.

Submission Details:

• Interested vendors are requested to submit their proposals including:
• Venue details and location.
• List of available equipment and amenities.
• Catering menu options and pricing.
• Rental cost, including breakdown of services.
• Availability on the required date.
• Photos of the venue.
• Contact information.

Pricing:

• Budget is 2,000 USD including all costs for the 100 attendees including Iftar and VAT. 
• Prices must be quoted in USD and should include VAT.
• Quotes must be accompanied by a letterhead displaying the company's name, phone number, and email address.

Selection Criteria: The contracted supplier will be selected based on the most competitive price that aligns with the specified requirements in this tender.

• Company License Registration (Obligatory)
• Commercial Registration (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with the Ministry of Finance (Obligatory)
• Certificate of Registration with VAT (Obligatory)
