- Position: Field Assistant

This project aims to enhance the livelihoods of the most vulnerable communities affected by Lebanon’s economic crisis. - Geographical scope: Jurd El Qaiteh: Fneideq, Meshmesh, Qrayat, & Hweish
Key Responsibilities & Coordination
- The Field Assistant will play a key role in supporting PCPM field activities related to the construction of irrigation canals, including conducting assessments and validation questionnaires, entering the collected data from the field to the control systems, following-up on Food for Asset’s participants presence on site, ensuring the achievement of project objectives.
- The Field Assistant will work closely with:
- PCPM’s Site Engineer
- PCPM’s Logistics Officer
- PCPM’s Field Officers
- Local stakeholders and community members as requested by the Project Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Nationality: Lebanese citizens only (National Staff Position)
- Education: University Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with INGOs/NGOs
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, & organizational skills
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license required
- Community Engagement: Prior experience in outreach or community work
- Project Implementation: Experience in project facilitation and execution
- Language: English language skills are an asset
- Local Authorities: Experience working with government entities is preferred
