Interested bidders should register their attendance for a site visit on Monday March 24,2025 by sending a confirmation email by Friday March 21, 2025 to bilal.itani@iecd.org. Send the attached priced RFQ to the following email address: LBN_tenders@iecd.org, (CCing any other email will result in immediate disqualification) email should include:
- Signed RFQ document with all the requested information.
- Certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license (Commercial circular & Commercial Register)
- ID of authorized Signatory
- Certified copy of tax registration (MOF and Vat Document if available)
- Company Profile
- List of Clients
- Reference letters from previous clients
- Deadline of offer submission is 24/03/2025 Lebanon time.
