We provide comprehensive, free-of-charge services to individuals struggling with addiction, including residential and outpatient rehabilitation, aftercare support, and prevention services. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise administrative staff, lead a team of administrative professionals, assign tasks, and ensure high performance in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals.
- Ensure proper task delegation and performance monitoring.
- Supervise human resources and supply chain processes.
- Implement and improve administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources (HR) management and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
