Enumerator

• Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager the enumerator will be responsible to join the distribution team in Southern suburbs and be responsible about attendance sheet, signature, communication with beneficiaries, data entry. 

Function:

Monitoring Field Work:

• Direct contact with the beneficiary.
• Direct contact with ACTED field Officer
• Report to line manager on activities done daily basis.

Reporting:

• Ensure a daily quantitative and qualitative reporting during distribution.

To demonstrate an ethic and professional practice:

• Respect beneficiary confidentiality.
• Respect and promote ACTED’s Policies and report to your line manager any non-respect of ACTED’s policies amongst the teams or partners
• Address needs and requests in a professional way
• Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others.
• Ability to interact with children in the presence or the absence of their parents
