Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee all units and staff, including contractors and partnerships with governmental, civil society, and international organizations.
- Ensure the implementation of Commission decisions in accordance with Law 105/2018.
- Manage daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to legal, financial, administrative, and HR policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of data related to missing persons.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Develop work plans, budgets, financial statements, and performance reports.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve the Commission’s strategic objectives.
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment, contract renewals, and staff performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and supervise capacity-building initiatives.
- Data & Confidentiality
- Supervise the secure management and archiving of sensitive data and reports.
External Relations & Representation:
- Foster relationships with governmental entities, NGOs, and international organizations.
- Represent the Commission in external meetings and assist in fundraising efforts.
