Project Coordinator

Job title: Project Coordinator 
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.  

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)   

 

Responsibilities: 

Coordinate project activities. 

Analyze risks and opportunities. 

Handle the team reporting to the upper management. 

Achieve project targets and outcomes within the schedule. 

Manage the outreach, training, and employment of team members  

Assist the operations manager. 

Document internal and external reports. 

Represent shareQ in networking events, job fairs, university partnerships, and partner meetings. 

Job Qualifications: 

Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator and/or in a recruitment company. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language. 

Previous experience in NGO or recruitment companies is a plus.
