Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating the staff (teachers, facilitators, and volunteers) at the center level.
- Provide administrative support to the Center Manager and other staff as needed.
- Manage the schedule of MAKANI Center.
- Assist the Center Manager in reporting process.
- Perform any duties assigned by the Center Manager.
- Timely identify, inform, and discuss any issues with the Center Manager.
- Help in monitor time, attendance and leave request for completeness and accuracy of supervised employees.
- Provide daily updates to the Center Manager regarding progress of tasks, risk areas, problems, issues faced with the schools targeted, refugees, and/or host communities, critical work delays and all related aspects
- Assisting in forming parents' and caregivers’ committees in the area of the intervention.
- The Assistant Center Manager responsible for a day-to-day follow up with the center staff during the implementation
- Assist for hard copies archiving (children’s certificates, children absenteeism reports etc.)
- Assist in Submitting all needed data to the Center Manager to construct the monthly reports
- Welcoming parents, teachers, and all center’s visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist in maintaining the center organized and clean.
- Check the storage and maintain a proper documentation and counting.
- Adhere to and act in accordance with AFA Policies and Procedures.
